July Happenings!

At the end of June we headed north to MN ~ we stopped in WI on our way there to attend my cousin's wedding reception.


Mosh (aka my mom) and Doodle toasted the new couple (coffee-style) ~ Doodle said, "CHEERS!"

Dad with four of his six siblings ~ his sister was the proud Mother of the Groom =)







And then the dancing began! And that is what the boys were waiting for ~ they LOVE wedding dances!
Mosh and Poppa danced with the boys ~ and cousin Ashley danced with Doodle for awhile and as you can see, Bug filled his dance card with Auntie Susan's name! Thankfully she was a good sport about dancing with such an *active* dance partner!
The next morning we were on the road again ~ Weston was too ~ he headed back to MI in Mom and Dad's car while we (boys, Mom, Dad & me) headed north.


We stopped off in Sauk Rapids where Uncle Mike was coaching....we visited with Auntie and Tuli until the games were over....then it was off to DQ to cool down and then to our final destination ~ Roseau!

We went for a Ranger ride....even Chapin and Rory got to ride with! The boys thought it was a blast to go between the trees and up and down the hill =)



Then the boys had "gun safety training" with Poppa ~ who bought a BB gun for them ~ they thought that was pretty BIG stuff! And as you can see, Chapin thought so too! That is one way to make a 13 year old dog act like half her age...once a bird dog, always a bird dog! =)
