Christmas ornaments and snow!

Bean didn't have school yesterday and he doesn't have school today either. We are in a "Blizzard Warning" until 4pm today (started at 1pm yesterday)...although I think that he could've gone to school yesterday ~ the weather was not *that* bad....why when I was a kid.......HA!
We are getting quite a bit of snow today ~ and wind! It is a balmy 16 degrees here (we beat our forecasted high of 15 ~ ha) but with the wind-chill it brings it down to 6, and boy does it feel like 6! Baby it is COLD outside!
The boys received their Christmas ornaments from Gigi and Grandpa Brian the other night, so we let them open their ornaments....boy were they excited!


We let Bird open his first (since he is the youngest) ~

Here he is holding his snowman wind-chime ornament cheesing it up for me. When he sees the camera he gives me a BIG smile with a long drawn out "CHEEEEEEESE!" (doesn't take 'em long to learn that huh?!)
Next Bug opened his ~

He and Bean both have a new soccer ornament to add to the tree ~ since this was their FIRST (of I am sure many!) year of playing soccer! =)

As you can see Bean is in the "posing" stage of his life....he feels the need/urge to pose for every picture....he gets that from his Auntie...and his father! =P
