Catch-Up!

With Weston having two weeks where he had Monday and Friday off, it has really affected my blogging ~ HA!
So, I need to get caught back up on all the exciting happenings :o)
A couple weekends ago there was a kite festival ~ Weston's parents and paternal grandparents came up to the beach to camp and enjoy the kites.
Here we are with all our "beach attire" on ~ HA! Can you tell it was just a *little* chilly on the beach?

Here are some of the kites that were there....any want to guess how much one of those large octopus kites cost?? We were floored when we heard the amount....remember this is the cost for *just* the kite (no string or anything else) ~ around $5k!!!! That is what I call an expensive hobby ~ I'm sure glad someone buys them though so we can enjoy them :o)
My favorite kite is the dragon looking one ~ isn't it pretty?



And here are the boys, doing what all kids like to do, dig to China :o) They had quite the hole dug when it was time to go.

Bean had to come back to get his passport ~ guess he couldn't get into China without it ~ HA!



Great Grandma Ann and Great Grandpa Don camped at our house for a night ~ Don helped Weston with some house repairs and Ann watched Bug and Bird while I chaperoned Bean's fieldtrip.
