The scavenger hunt was a success! We had two teams, so it was a race to the fininsh. They even had to DIG to find their treasure....as you will see their treasure wasn't exactly "gold" but it was gold wrapped CHOCOLATE (which is better than gold to some people....like my son, Bug, for instance).
The Youth Group had fun doing the scavenger hunt though and that is what counts! :o)

Yes, that would be Paxton's hand reaching for the "gold." After telling him twice that he couldn't have any chocolate right now, he had to wait, Paxton climbed down from the picnic table went into the house and as soon as the door closed we heard "WAAAAAAHHHHHH" he went inside to cry because he couldn't have any chocolate....is that the sign of a true addict or what?!?
